Bristine Perrigrew, The Lady in Black

First Session

The adventurers met with Ronald  in Olath. Ronald led them to the house of Bristine Pettigrew. At the house, Bristine told them that she was a Seer and needed their help in order to help her with her visions. She believes that her visions will help her save the world. Bristine told them of the location of 3 pieces of a relic that, when put together, would allow her to control her visions.  The locations of the pieces were in Metrol, somewhere in the Jungle Ravar Orioth, and on the island of Eledar. 

 

The crew agreed to help and headed out to the North towards Flamekeep, wheere they plan to hire a boat to an area near Metrol.

 

On the way to Flamekeep, they ran into two groups of people who were arguing about the other side stealing their cattle. Through the great words (though slightly seductive) of your Bard they were able to calm both sides. The ranger then noticed that there were some animal tracks leading away from the area where the cattle was kept. The crew continued North where they found an old ruin. At the ruin, they were ambushed by 3 Cockatrices. They slayed the Cockatrices and this was the end of the first session.

Second Session

In the second session, our Ragtag group of adventurers had a celebration in their name for bringing together the two small towns. 

There was a great feast, great music, and for a particular Bard, there was a great orgy. 

The group then made their journey to Flamekeep. It was an uneventful journey. When they arrived, they instantly went in search of a Captain to sail them Karrlakton. 

Captain Jeremy agreed to take them for 60 gold.

 

This is where we ended the second session.

Third Session

The party, through some tricks with a magical shield, bartered their way down to 50 gold for Captain Jeremy to take them to Karrlakton. 

While searching for information, Artorius ran into a man named Moad Huyt. Moad said that they shouldn't go to Metrol. He feared for their safety there. Artorius offered the Moad a room for the night and they chatted again in the morning during breakfast. Moad then left the inn on his own.

The party then left with Captain Jeremy to sail towards Karlakkton. Towards the end of the journey, they were attacked by a number of archers. Through the ranged potential of Artorius and Penny, they fought off the attackers and continued on their way. When they reacher Karlakkton, Captain Jeremy stated that he would take them the rest of the way to Metrol for an additional 20 gold. The party agreed and they were dropped off by a bridge near Metrol.

 

The party made their way through the first bit of the Mournlands and right after they crossed a bridge of a small stream it became really foggy. Barely visible through the dense fog, the party noticed a figure with two swords moving.

 

This is where we ended the third session.

Fourth Session

The party fought there way through an ambush by unknown people. At the end of the fight, one of the ambushers threw an object at the ground making everything go black for everyone. When they awoke, they discovered that they were deep underground. It took them 4 days worth of exploring to make their way out of the cave/mine. At one point on their way through, they found a small bag on a pedestal. When they grabbed the bag, a large boulder came from the ceiling and chased them down a narrow hallway, where they barely managed to beat it to the end. When they searched in the bag, they only found one coin which Zook is currently carrying in one of his pockets. When they arrived at the mouth of the cavern, they discovered a small group of orcs and an Ettin making camp at the entrance. They fought their way through them with ease. 

 

When they left the mouth of the cavern, they noticed that they were still by Metrol in the Mournlands, but it wasn't the same as before.
